Anywhere, Alaska
I've looked into going to Alaska very recently. I was sitting surfing the web and it hit me, why am I not in Alaska right now?
Having no good explanation I looked into visiting.
If I went to Alaska all I would want to come of it is me, standing in Alaska and thinking, "Fuck yeah, now that's Alaska." Which can be accomplished a few ways and hopefully I would do all of them.
Glaciers, Aurora Borealis, Bears, Bush Planes, Dog Sled Races.
A flight from Boston to Anchorage, roundtrip, is about $800. No point trying to fly direct to anywhere else, Anchorage is an international airport. I had a little help looking into this because I know a man in Alaska. So I could get a local to show me around for a day which would be cool. Everything says visit during the summer, but visiting in the dead of winter would be sweet and more Alaskan. What is Alaska without snow?
